In bottles at Brewtopia Nov. 2005. InBev, what a shame it is to bring such a terrible beer. Pours a very light yellow color. Smells skunked and of indistinguishable bad smells. I took one sip and poured it out. The aftertaste was so gross that I had to rush to get another beer to wash out that flavor. One of the worse beers I have ever tasted.

Draft at Chiquita before watching Baby Driver. A very malty beer that really didn’t tickle my taste buds in any way. A very heavy mouthfeel and that is all I can say about the beer. Maybe it was once driven past some hops, but I think that is about the closest this beer has ever come to them. I was eating the barbecue ribs and they were just crying out for a beer with some spiky hops. Anyway, the film is excellent and I highly recommend it (Jamie Foxx & John Hamm playing scary characters) even if the beer was rubbish.

Pours pale golden with a frothy white head. Aroma is light. Malts, grains and skunk. (clear bottle). Taste is very light, malty, slightly citrusy and metallic. Not to mention skunked. Watery. Thin. Boring.

Best beer ever, a must try! Can’t believe what I just have tasted. A bit like bullshit, but so good!

sjogro (4133) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - MAR 7, 2017
Bottle shared at home. Clear golden with white head. Sweet chemicals, robot malts, sour grain, glue, cardboard, puked out donut. Light sweet. Medium body, malty, low carbonation.

Maakun (5556) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - MAR 7, 2017
Bottle shared massive thanks to sjogro. Clear golden with small head. Wort, sugar, baby puke, rotten apricots, mineral water, bandaids, sweet milky dough. Quite sweet and mineral bitter. Light bodied with fizzy carbonation. Very bad.

Bottle, 33cL. Home. A golden clear beer witha big white head ; medium retention. Light grain. Light sweet, dry note, light refreshing. Light body, watery texture, average to soft carbonation, short dry grainy finish. Overall, easily forgettable.

Genuinely tastes like it’s been bottled with last night’s dregs mopped off the floor. Nasty gassy smell and stale watery taste. Even amongst standard crap lagers this is poor. Perhaps should be 1s across the board but I suppose it’s not undrinkable with food.

Towey1989 (2818) - Stoke On Trent, Staffordshire, ENGLAND - DEC 25, 2016
Bottle. Pours a clear golden colour with a fizzy white head. Aroma of sweet grain, vegetable, slight corn and subtle lemon. Taste of grain, corn, slight vegetable and subtle lemon. Light bodied and moderate carbonation. A dryish, corny bitterness in the finish. A sweet, corny lager with a dry lasting bitterness. Not good.

JPC1524 (206) - Devon, ENGLAND - DEC 17, 2016
Clear golden pour, small fluffy white head. Light aromas of honey. Taste is refreshing with light malts and some fruitiness. The finish is crisp. Nothing wrong with this lager, ticks the boxes. Very drinkable.

YantarCoast (1368) - Moscow, RUSSIA - SEP 7, 2016
500ml bottle. This is the Russian-brewed version, which I haven’t seen in Moscow for years - I suppose they stopped brewing it at the Klin plant. Pours clear gold with a small white head. A bit of lacing sticks to the glass. Aroma is corn, lemon, pale malt. Taste is the same, bit watery. Very easy to drink and not offensive in any way.
