COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This collaboration has been ‘brewing’ for quite some time. Indeed Brewing Company partnered with their neighbors at Dogwood Coffee to create Burr Grinder “Beer Coffee”. After searching for the perfect coffee, 90-pounds of Guatemalan Finca Rosma was steeped in the brew kettle before we topped-off the finished beer with 54-gallons of cold press. Delivering an intense coffee punch while preserving the delicate aromas of the complex beans, Burr Grinder will have you wondering whether you’re a beer geek or a coffee geek.

Bottle. Fresh ground coffee and chocolate malt aroma. Dark brown with small tan head. Sweet coffee ground and milk chocolate flavor. Nice body. A very nice beer.

Bottle - thanks Bvery! Pours clear reddish chestnut, medium creamy tan head, dissipates slowly, good lacing. Aroma is coffee, ashtray, roasty malt, cardboard. Flavor is light plus sweet, light bitter, coffee and cigarettes, a bit stale. Lightish body, a bit of acidity and high carbonation. Not bad.

750 ml. bottle. Pours kind of a golden brown with a small beige head. Aroma of coffee. Taste is coffee, roasted malt, some chocolate, and a touch of spice. Pretty good.

Had this one at a tasting and it was completely forgettable. So unfortunately I don’t remember a damn thing about this beer.

definitely more of the iced coffee variety of coffee beers, with little flavor outside of just coffee. meh.

Brown pour, foamy tan head with good retention.

Smells like a fresh cup o' joe. Wait, is this beer? Tastes exactly like a (good) iced coffee. No beer flavors to be found. Wonder how much caffeine is in a glass of this stuff. Interesting, tasty.

One of the better coffee brews I have had in a while. Strong coffee flavor but well balanced without any bitterness. Yum...could drink this with brunch.

Great coffee beer. I think they used a local NE Minneapolis coffee shop for the coffee. Great on the palate. Coffee and dark stout flavors.

Bottle poured a rich brown color with a thick chewy off white head that held on very well. Aroma has dark coffee, brown malt, mild caramel, and a slight hit of dark sweet fruit. Mouth feel is medium light with average carbonation. Flavor again leads with coffee, almost no bitterness, dark rich malts, and a smooth finish. Incredibly clean coffee and the lack of bitterness for the strength is amazing!
