COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our second fresh hop beer of the harvest season, MOSAIC FRESH HOP is brewed with wet Mosaic hops from Yakima, Wa., the epicenter of hop growing in the United States. Mosaic, a relatively new variety of hop, gives this limited beer an intense aroma of blueberries and tropical fruit.

Tap at Town Hall Lanes. Clear golden pour with a small head. Floral aroma. Lighter palate. Nice beer but not a flavor explosion or anything.

Nice golden appearance. Served in a pint glass with a tall head. Intoxicating aroma. Smooth finish. ---Rated whilst imbibing

On tap at the Town Hall Lanes fresh hop event. Didn’t like this one as much as other people apparently. Thin tasting and no big hop punch in the face like you’d like to see on these fresh hop beers. Mosaic may not be my favorite hop variety either.

Beautiful floral aroma from the Mosaic hops. Clear pale-golden color with a minimal head.Strong, but not surprising, flavor from the hops. Great balance of bitter/sweet. Light beer with an average carbonation and a long finish. Great beer.

Tap pour at Northbound Smokehouse. Fresh is a very apt description bringing a bright, hoppy aroma and flavor to the equation. Great lacing. Hops galore but balanced well without emphasizing citrus fruit. A very solid option and a great choice from a cool brewpub.

Tap. Light tan. Excellent aroma with a true fresh hop smell. Very crisp and fresh from the start. Grapefruit taste a little bit. Piney hop throughout. Nicely done, a work of art.

In what I feel is a weak season if fresh/wet/harvest beers this one stands out. Very enjoyable, crisp fresh taste. Outstanding.
