750 ml bottle (bottled on 9/24/12) via trade with mattyb83 - Pours a clear golden color with a one and a half finger thick white head. Light spotty lacing. Has a very light lemon and perfume aroma. Flavor is citrus, light honey, and herbal hops. The honey lingers in the finish and is a little dry. Light to medium body. A nice beer. Thanks Matt.

Sample at Under Brew Skies 2017. Hazy yellow color. Peppery straw aroma. Straw and light lemon taste. Easy drinking.

Can sample @ Under Brew Skies. Hazy gold pour with a small head. Gentler honeyed grain cereal. Honey nut crunch. Light pine and citrus hop character. Drinks relatively light and spritzy. OK.

St Paul, Mn - The Wine Thief & Ale Jail - 12 oz can. Hazy medium golden pour, white head that sticks around a while. Hint of coriander in the aroma, a buttery essence. Flavor has some light bubble gum notes, a hint of light spiciness, fading light tropical fruitiness. Nice spritz to the mouthfeel.

Draft served in a pilsner globe glass. A middle of the road American wheat ale. It’s good enough. Hazy yellow, and there is an aroma of wheat grains and banana peel. Tastes grassy, hay-like, and some banana carried by a light-body. This is par for the style.

12oz can to tulip. Pours clear gold, white sticky head. Aroma of cereal, honey, citrus, wheat bread. Taste of same. Quite light, refreshing and drinkable. Could be quaffable on tap. Not too sweet, not too fruity, not too light. We’ll balanced.

drpimento (3570) - La Crosse, Wisconsin, USA - OCT 8, 2016
Androma is Tar? And fruit. Flavor is just a generic wheat beer. Appearance’s Amber with a small head. Forgettable.

Grain and bread malts, wheat, some citrus fruits. Clear gold, small, creamy, white head. Light bitter. More grain malts, citrus fruits, orange. Keg at the brewery, Minneapolis.

Golden with big fluffy head. Aroma - wheaty malt and a touch of lemon. Taste - wheaty and a bit of citrus and spice. Dry and refreshing. A typical summer ale. Non-offensive but nothing great. Good for the style. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft on tap at the brewery (Minneapolis, MN). Pours a honey yellow hue with some decent haziness that dulls the body. Frothy offwhite head is sizable, creamy, and retains as a nice enough layer with solid lacing around. Aromas are a touch grassy, wheaty malts are bready, with a subtle honey sweetness, mellow fruit, some dryness and earthy appeal. Initial is lighter bodied overall, some grassy earth bitterness and mellow yeastiness meets flaked wheat, a cleaner appeal as the fruity appeal lends itself to a more lemony appeal. Dry yet not bitter really, fresh and a bit grainy with some lemon, gentle sweetness. Cleaner backend with lingering grass clippings, subtle florals and yeastiness. Solid summer wheat.
