12oz bottle from sudsmcduff! Pours pretty much black with a small creamy dark tan head. Aroma of chocolate and black malts, burnt brownies, and hints of vanilla. Taste of coffee grounds, burnt chocolate, earth, and a hint of burnt sugar sweetness in the finish.

San Antonio, Tx - Total Wine & More - 12 oz bottle. Rich, deep dark sable black pour with a tight mocha colored head that clings to the edge of the glass. Aroma has some nice chocolaty undertones, some Kahlua notes, a touch of black coffee. Flavor has a similar profile, some black licorice is prominent, heavy cocoa notes, a touch of espresso in the finish. Nice thick oily mouthfeel. Pretty solid Impy.

Bottle from gregwilsonstl, thanks for the opportunity! Solid black color with a smallish off white head. Roasty, earthy, cereal grain, light smoke and burnt sugar weigh heavy on the nose. Thick viscous creamy mouthfeel with a touch if alcohol. Light sweet brown sugary malt flavor with plenty of molasses, roast, and dark caramel. Light dark pitted fruit flavor with hints of ethanol and a light graininess. Medium to full body with a light level of carbonation. Huge big thick stout, I wasn’t quite expecting that from the oatmeal stout on the label, but very nice sipper on this cool fall night.

Dark brown low head. Strong sweet rich molasses and even hint of raisin nose. Subtle sweet barley and maybe strawberry. Mellow throughout. No bitter after taste

12 ounce bottle thanks to crajun! Yep, I know who my Secret Santa was! Kickass box! Dark brown, medium sized foamy brown head, decent retention. Aroma of roasted malts, coffee, chocolate. The taste is roasted malt, chocolate, bitter hops, lactose. Medium bodied, very low carbonation, lingering bitterness.

12 ounce bottle poured into hefeweizen glass. Bit of a boozy aroma when colder than the correct serving temp. Bitter hoppy flavors at start when cold, however as the beer warms the aromas flavors open up to the malts and oats in the used for brewing. I suggest serving at the correct temp at the start. The body is creamy which is to be expected from an oatmeal stout.
