On tap. Hazy gold pour. Hoppy aroma, not much else. Rather bland except for some bitterness and a metallic aftertaste. If I was harsh, I’d say it tasted like someone added hops to a budweiser.

BeerRenter76 (1015) - Texas, USA - SEP 13, 2016
Aroma is decent with floral attributes, apperance is a deep, hazy copper body with average carbonation and a small white cap. Flavor was a little disappointing in that there was only bitterness, (like old hops) the aftertaste softened a little with some hop and sweet malt tones at the very end. Overall it was o.k. but not great, i will try it again. Originally rated on 10/29/08

Rated based on notes taken 3 Nov 2012 -- I think I was in a really good mood when I rated this beer, cuz I rated it much higher than I recall it being.

Clear amber with a nice white head and great lacing. Aroma has some sweet citrus citrus, tea, and grains. Taste is citrus rind, grass, and faint toffee. Soft carbonation. Easy to drink.

On tap at the Bottle Shop. Orange with a white head. The aroma and flavor are full of light biscuit malt, with some light citrus and grain notes. Low bitterness. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Bottle poured a clear gold with a lasting off white head. Aromas of biscuit, earthiness and light citrus. Palate was medium bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of biscuit, earthiness and a hint of citrus with a smooth dry moderatly bitter finish.

Draft 4/14/10 (Opal Divine’s Freehouse)-Pours a light amber with a full white head. Aroma of hops. Taste of the same with some citrus. This medium bodied pale was not too shabby.

Not a bad little Pale Ale. Nice overall flavor from a solid Austin brewing company. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Good pour with a thick, foamy head. Body is amber in color. Overall a decent beer. Nice amount of hops for a pale ale. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
