Sampled on draught at Tex’s on Riverside Walk, San Antonio. Clear golden colour with a billowing white head. Good aroma of herbs, resin, and weed. Taste has a slightly sweet malt base, and powerful hop flavours of grass, pine resin and herbs. Very tasty, but it just seems a little thin and lacking a good base (or should that be bass?). ajnepple (7739) - Lakewood, Colorado, USA - DEC 15, 2017
12 oz canned about 3 months ago. Clear golden appearance with a fluffy white head. Aroma of resinous hops, pine and lightly toasted malt. Similar flavor, dank, hoppy and moderately bitter with a light grainy sweetness. Medium body with a slight dry finish. Solid. Ratman197 (15886) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - NOV 12, 2017
Can poured a clear gold with a small lasting white head. Aromas of bread, grapefruit zest, lemon zest, light pine and a hint of earthiness. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a smooth dry finish. Flavors of bread, pine, earthiness and a hint of grapefruit zest with a smooth dry lingering bitter finish. mcberko (20514) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - NOV 12, 2017
On tap at Independent, pours a clear golden with s small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops, some herbal notes and biscuity malt. Flavour is robust, with dry piney hops, some dankness and crisp biscuity malt. Perfectly balanced, with lots of punch and a dry finish. Expertly brewed IPA. beer_rookie (735) - Arkansas, USA - SEP 2, 2017
Pours a hazy light golden color. About two fingers white head. Good and thick. Good retention, good lacing.

Aroma is malty, good dose of pine resin. Wet dog. Citrus.
Taste is pretty sweet, and hoppy bitter. Resin, orange peel.
Mouthfeel is medium full bodied. Pretty bitter. The worst thing is this taste aspirin chalky taste and feeling. Weird, unpleasant.
Overall, it's barely ok. I say that primarily because of that aspirin thing. Yeah, scrub that out and you'll have something here.
Tap at craftpride in Austin. Gold with medium white head. Piney oily nose. Medium resin, some crisp hop, light dankness. Medium body and sticky, with lasting finish. Pretty good. JohananaV2 (278) - Hurst, Texas, USA - JUL 9, 2017
Very light for an IPA. Doesn't have an incredibly strong finish, almost disappears after the initial flavor. Interesting beer

Big hop bite that fades away into grassy hops. Well done by independence, it's a refreshing IPA, drinkable, I could have several.
