Stash IPA is defined by the hops. 7 additions of 4 different varietals, Columbus, Galaxy, Nugget and Cascade create a hop explosion that finishes clean. A dank, resinous and enlightening hop trip. Its got mad hops.
Head Brewer Michael Waters: "The Stash is a reincarnated beast. It makes sense to go to the source, and IPA for me is defined by the West Coast. Three pounds of hops per barrel, 100 IBU, and a large dose of Columbus hops so the aroma matches the name."

It pours amber darker golden with tons of little chunkies floating all over and a small off white head. It smells very light, not very hoppy but some there, not very good, more like a lager overall. The flavor is a bit empty in the hops, almost bland but definitely present. The aftertaste is bland bitterness and there is some sweetness in the middle of the palate that is a bit pleasant to help save it a bit.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Courtesy of blutt59. Pours a clear golden with a huge and lively white head with good retention. Odd herbal licorice aroma combined with some citrusy hops. Medium body, fairly solid and fruity malt bill, citrusy hops, again some licorice. The finish is not overly bitter. 080911

Bottle from ericandersnavy. Pours hazy light amber with a slight fizzy off-white head. Aroma of light stone fruit. Med minus body. Flavor is floral and light fruit. Theres a lot of it. Theres some caramel in the background. Its crisp and pretty clean. It drinks well, and arguably should be classed as DIPA. Judgement call. If its "just" an IPA, its one of the better ones.

12 oz. bottle shared by Keir- thanks, Keir! Pours a clear gold color with a small white head. Aroma of pale malts, toast, wheat, faint honey, and some wet earth. Flavor was about the same. Not much hop character to this one. Light-bodied, malty, and dry, with moderate carbonation. So simple, not hoppy- and yet, this one worked for me for some reason. Maybe I just needed something plain after a long session of other intense beers. Nonetheless, I liked this.
