COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Homebrewer’s Tap Takeover collaboration with Ian MacNaughtan. This American Pale Ale is a citrus explosion. Bitter and dry, it showcases the Amarillo Hop Variety: flowery, spicy, and citrus like with a distinct orange bouquet.

[5829-20130917] Tap. Sweet tangerine yeast aroma. Slightly hazy, orange body with a medium-lasting creamy white head. Bitter orange peel and mild black tea notes in the flavour. Medium body is quite bitter. Great balance, very easy to drink. (7/3/8/4/16) 3.8

Draught at ’Indie Alehouse Homebrewers Tap Takeover’. Pours a slightly hazy yellow-gold with a small semi-lasting frothy white head. Mild but nice hoppy aroma, along with some fruit and caramel malt. Flavour is quite hoppy and fruity along with some herbs and spices. Average to medium bodied. Good stuff, pleasant to drink.

Home brewer showcase at Indie Ale House, all brewed here. One of the winners, featuring bold flavour. Good drinkability. Good showcase of the Amarillo hop. Lacy. Pleasant hop aroma.30 ibu and packing punch more than much higher bitter beers

2013-09-17. Crisp dark yellow body with a small white head. 3+ Aroma is pleasantly hoppy, fruity, sort of citrusy but I can’t put a name to what kind. 7+ Flavour has similar citrus melange, notes of lemon, pleasant bitterness throughout, touches of grapefruit. 7+ Smooth average bodied palate, moderate carbonation. Quite quaffable. Very pleasant pale ale/IPA. On tap at Indie Alehouse Homebrewers Tap Takeover event, Toronto Beer Week
