UPDATED: JAN 18, 2018 An exceptional Belgian wit that does everything correctly, but comes out on top of the heap by somehow being extra refreshing. This is a world class example of a wit beer as well as the perfect choice for the patio. DuffMan (10936) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - JAN 13, 2018
UPDATED: JAN 19, 2018 Bottle, sent by Robbie (thanks buddy!), and shared at game night. Hazy medium yellow with a generous white head. Wheaty with estery Belgian yeast notes and a dry finish. Balanced, dry, but pretty much a "by-the-numbers" wit. pushkinwow (2978) - Ottawa, CANADA - APR 15, 2017
Bottle from the brewery. Pale hazy yellow with a creamy white head. Wheat, light lemon, grass, mild. Moderate carbonation+, easy to drink, slightly bitter on finish. JunctionCat (92) - toronto, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 19, 2016
Back on tap after an absence at the brewpub. So rich for a wheat beer, maybe thats why I like it more than others. Botanicas on the aroma enough yeast character to know its not a light beer and citrus and coriander in the finish. Great with food or on its own. May be untypical of Wit beers, but a damn fine beer. samzim (440) - Ontario, CANADA - JUN 18, 2016
Grassy aroma with malty notes. Clear gold colour. Clean front with faint notes of bread and spice. Light body with lively carbonation. Very good for a session.

(tap) hazy light yellow colour with a small white head; aroma of lilies, hint of funk; balanced flavour with a long light sour finish neongolden (2081) - Linköping, Sweden/Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 28, 2016
(On tap @ Indie, Jan 12 2016) Hazy straw gold with an average white head and lace. Aroma of yeasty white bread and wheat cracker, coriander, floral, orange peel, a bit of sweet bubblegum ester and lurking banana. Floral, herbal, fresh grass heavy palate with a wheat cracker malt base. Soft orange fruitiness in the middle, grassy finish with slight grain. Fairly dry, soft herbal bitterness in the aftertaste. Light body with creamy carb. Totally serviceable to-style wit, not usually super exciting but decently executed. cfrancis (3638) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 20, 2016
Thanks to my sis for this. Pours clear yellow gold with a small white foam on top. Aroma is a little muddled, small banana and clove among the malt. Taste is moderate carbonation with light banana and clove. deepeary (405) - Ontario, CANADA - JAN 13, 2016
Bottle from the brewery. Nose is clasic wit smells, fruity, yeasty, spices, lemon, banana. Distinct spice. Taste follows the nose. I really like the spice profile, lots of fruity lemon, yeast, some banana. Refreshing and good. crazy_cat_lady (765) - - JAN 9, 2016
Bottle from Brew Box. Foggy light yellow with fluffy white head. Smells kinda like floral soap, roses and lavender with some banana; not a big fan of that. Thankfully the rose and lavender and not really noticeable in the flavours. Tastes of sweet bananas with some lemon and straw. Not too bad considering I found the aroma off-putting.
