COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A blend of fresh and red wine barrel aged beers. Made in the traditional Flanders Red style, aged on grape must and blended to create the final taste. Rich in wood, leather, and musty notes, sweet, sour, and amazing (if we do say so ourselves...)

UPDATED: AUG 25, 2017 Cloudy brownish red, with a ring. Typical sour vinager nose with a mild sweetness that's thinking of cherries. Taste is a well balanced Flanders red vinager sour bite, with a full cherry bringing up the rear with a mild sweetness. Solid. Reminisce of their Spadina Monkey.

One of my fav styles, hard to find made locally and at a great place, in the best bottle I have ever seen. The beer is on the dryer side but so rich, tart and oozing red wine and barrel character. The funky is on the softer side, and sweet notes linger in the finish, but the main word to describe this masterpiece is complex.

Bottle from bottle shop. Lovely tart aroma with some malty cherry, oak, toastiness. Warm dark reddish brown with tan head. Quite tart, with flavours of sour cherries, some slight oakiness, some toasty malt. Quite tasty.

Nice tart flanders red that vibes well with wine like my drunk uncle. Hazy maroon pour with decent head and lacing. Apricot and plum. Tangy finish. Tap at barhop.

A reddish copper ale with a very thin off white head. In aroma, sweet ground cherry, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice, complex. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of dark fruits, plums, ground cherries, lactic acid notes, light cork character, Brett, beautiful. On tap at BTP’s Carnival 2016.

750 mL bottle. Cola brown, no head. It’s one of those sweet and sour beers. Sweet and sour berries. Brown sugar and malt vinegar. Lingering bite. No booze whatsoever. Excellent!

Bottle from PJ. Cloudy dark copper with a light brown creamy head. Acidic maltiness, oak, cherry and tannin, a bit of unripe raspberry. Mild+ carbonation, moderate+ body, sour and slightly tart, some booziness, enjoyable.
