Can of version brewed at Sawdust City. Dark brown with small tan head. Lots of chocolate in the aroma and flavour, with supporting notes of vanilla, marshmallow and graham cracker. Medium bodied with nice creaminess on the palate. Not too sweet, especially considering the ingredients. Quite well done.

A deep dark stout with a thin dark brown head. In aroma, loads of graham cracker, sweet caramel chocolate, light coffee grind, nutty notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with light graham crackers, vanilla extract, butterscotch notes, pleasant. Cask at Arrow and Loon.

Pours a dark brown colour with a small head and minimal lace. Chocolate malt aromas with smooth cocoa powder and hints of vanilla. Roasted malts with mild chocolate ones and cherry notes. Burnt malt lingers. The mouthfeel has a little tart on the tongue. Good brew, but not really a s’more. Chocolate stout at the most.

AleRider78 (1469) - Winchester, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 18, 2015
Pours an average size frothy brownish head and has a dark brown appearance. Lacing is ok. Aromas of cocoa, coffee, sweet malts. Flavours of chocolate, coffee, cocoa, hints of vanilla and sweet malts. Some spices and earthy type hops. Marshmallow’s are nowhere near noticeable for me. Still lots of flavour to be quite an enjoyable stout. Has a nice mild warming sensation.

(Rating #6269)

Deep mahogany colour with a tan coloured head. The nose is pretty
cocoaish with a bit of toast. Some nice roast and a moderate sort of
peppery flavour. Rye-like grain note and a bit of lingering
roastiness. Solid.

On tap at Indie Ale House. Opaque black with creamy tan head. Aromas of marshmallow, graham, chocolate, hint of smoke. Smooth chocolate and graham flavours, hints of sweet marshmallow. Lingering smokefire taste. Not bad at all.

SuperTiti33 (894) - Aylmer, Quebec, CANADA - FEB 22, 2015
En fût à la brasserie. Noire. Reflet rougeâtre. Café. Très chocolaté. Biscuité. Guimauve grillé. Peu sucré. Fine amertume. Vanille. Cacao. Finale sèche et vanillé. Wow je l'aurais pris plus corsé mais j'approuve le s'more.

Eructoblaster (4409) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - JAN 28, 2015
On tap at Brothers Beer Bistro (Ottawa, ON). Opaque black body with a thin off-white creamy head. Well balanced malty/hoppy aroma with chocolate hints. Its robust malty/hoppy taste carries oaky, cocoa, roasty, and plummy notes. Ends with a decent bitter/roasty finish. Enjoyable.
