on Tap at the brewpub. subtle tartness, yeasty, and fruity, mostly tropical notes, hops are grassy. Finish is lightly bitter, some lactic notes, not very strong. Fruit comes though but fades quickly. Leaves some strong yeasty esters, with cereals in the end.

(tap) hazy amber colour with a small white head; aroma of sourness, honey; smooth palate; sour with a long medium sour finish

[4957-20121117] Tap. Mild fruity grainy aroma. Hazy, caramel brown body with a quick foamy off-white head. Tart cherry wood grain malt flavour, not a lot of fruit but something there to tint it. Medium body is fairly tart. Good. (7/3+/8/4/16) 3.8

Pale yellow-gold colour. Intensely tart with a bright lactic/yogurty aroma. Wheaty and quite spicy with a lot of grainy character as well. Much less tart on the palate than the aroma would suggest. Lovely sort of fruitiness (apple and pear) on the palate as well. Interesting brew. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

2012-11-17. Murky amber body, small off-white head. 3+ Interesting aroma, funky, sort of fruity, hints at pineapple/tropical fruit, acetone hints? 7++ Flavour is only modestly sour up front, but the faster you drink it the more sour it seems, light malt character. Similar fruity, funky melange as in the aroma. 7+ Average bodied palate is very smooth. 3+ Rating numbers are not crazy high but I found this to be super refreshing, I found it very drinkable despite the warning of it being quite sour. I ordered a second one! The more I drink of it the more I liked it. On tap at Indie Alehouse, Toronto
