Belgian style IPA
Clear reddish amber with a medium slightly off-white head that is dense with a few that are bead size. Aroma of Belgian sugar and dried sweet stone fruits, it reminds me more of an English barley wine than anything else. Taste is mildly sweet with a slight bitter finish. There are some toffee notes and a slight grassy flavor but overall this is a confusing one. Personally I think they should just up the alcohol content and call this a barley wine. Sidenote I am not sure what the waxed cap with the string coming out signifies but it reminds me of a tampon more than anything else.
bottle. Golden with one finger head. Pretty average IPA with some very faint Belgian spicing. At least it’s not infected, I guess. outlawskies (480) - Ohio, USA - DEC 10, 2014
Julie thinks that it isn't very interesting taste but doesn't very much care for the taste more Belgium an IPAA which makes you unique flavor overall I enjoyed steelhead3686 (270) - Jacksonville, North Carolina, USA - SEP 27, 2014
Pours a clear and fizzy amber with a medium white head. Medium hops with citrus and herbs with some sweet candy notes. A nice medium bitter with a light sweetness. It has a light body, thin texture that is slightly sticky, and a faint bitter finish. This is a very interesting beer. The nose says Belgian as does the look (somewhat). The taste is more pale ale, but it has hints of hints of American ale that takes the edge off just a bit. jtclockwork (16443) - , New Jersey, USA - JUN 25, 2014

Bottle - Perfumy fruit esters. Cloudy orange with a little head. Fruity esters and a misplaced bitterness, this is not that great. fonefan (48652) - VestJylland, DENMARK - APR 10, 2014

First bad beer I have had from this brewer. +++ Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a dark copper color with a medium sized foamy orange-tan head that lingered and left a bit of lacing. The aroma was yeasty, chalky and a bit vegetal with a tangy bready presence. The flavor was bitter, tangy and off with a vegetal malt presence and notes of chalk and Pez.. Medium length tangy and off vegetal finish. Moderately full bodied. Bad. madmitch76 (24360) - , Essex, ENGLAND - NOV 17, 2013

Hazy amber gold beer with a tidy pale cream coloured head. Palate is smooth and slightly soft with fine carbonation. Smooth malt, with a little sweet caramel. Light spice and fruits - dried fruits. Finishes smooth. Not bad but I wanted a stronger hop presence.
