COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hvedebock offers a soft body dominated by dark malt, spicy aroma, and fruity vinousity. Hvedebock is great for a cool summer evening on the terasse, or a evocative fall day at the fireplace. Enjoy it accompanying cheeses, oven braised game, or stews made of beef. Hvedebock is brewed from generous use of barley- and wheat malts. Hvedebock should be served at cellar temperature. Pour the beer in a huge glass and give it time to develop. Shake the last 10-15 ml. before pouring.

Farven er mørk brun med en beigefarvet skumkrone. Aromaen er chokolade, karamel, gær og citrus medens smagen er malt, gær og krydderier.

Incredibly nice and creamy foam that hold true for long. Indslev Wheat Bock has a very delicate aroma of slightly burnt caramel and a little ripe banana. Mouth feeling is rich and creamy and the taste is top with caramel malt abundant. Along with its sweet character has a slightly fruity taste of banana and dried fruit and towards the end have a clue, but discreet, hoppy bitterness. It is a bock with all the very best properties, namely balancing hoppy bitterness that maintains malt sweetness and malt flavors. At the same time the strong and spicy in its flavor and shows that the alcohol is high. Totally delicious beer.

0.5 bottle. Very dark brown color and a small, tanned head. Aroma of toast, dark malts, caramel, dark bread, and delicate coffee. Taste is sweet and very malty; again coffee, caramel, and dark bread, however this time also some spices and estery, fruity flavors. Medium body, oily texture, and average carbonation. Finish is medium long and generally follows suit - it also has those dark fruit flavors. Overall a pleasant beer; seeing as I have never been a fan of bocks it’s not bad considering the style.

Bottle split two ways. Murky dark brown pour with a generous head. Lots of dark dried fruits, some vanilla, light banana candies and some malt sweetness on the finish.

Smell of banana, bread, yeast. Very dark brown colour, white head. Aroma of banana, yeast, alcohol. Medium sweet. Flattish carbon. Slightly oily Interesting for being a weizenbock.

Bottle. Pours a deep red color with a big and fine light beige head. Aroma of malt, wheat and spices. Taste of roasted malt, wheat, caramel, dried fruits and a hint of cinnamon and milk chocolate. Body and carbonation is medium. Sweet. Pretty good.

Mørk brun med beige kremet skum. Lukter hvete. Kremete. Skummer når du drikker. Noe bitter, hint av kakao. Mild smak.
