Very fruity aroma, mainly banana, coriander. Hazy, shiny yellow, white head, good lace. Sweet, malty, wheat, banana, light bitter, some citrus. Soft, medium full. Flavourful, well brewed. But no Belgian Witbier, more like a German Hefeweizen.
Head gone in secs over fully hazy orange beer. Spicy nose with coriander and faint citus; bit of chalk and possibly lactic acid. Coriander out in force, with some other spicy notes, bit of nutmeg and horseradish, but not sharp. Fake citrus. Spritzy MF, light, wheat slickness. Ordinary witbier. stouby (4666) - Holbæk, DENMARK - AUG 12, 2009
