COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle, light color with fair head, fruitiness taste, i have not been a big fan of wheat beer but it is growing on me.

JanLaursen (3372) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAR 3, 2012
Bottle: unclear yellow beer with a lively, yet creamy white head. Aroma is sweet and wheaty with notes of bread, yeast and maybe banana. Taste is sweet and wheat leading to a medium bitter finish. Lively carbonation, rather nice wheat beer.

Lovely wheat, with an odd little bitter aftertaste, maybe from the relatively high alcohol teams percent.

20-MAY-2011, bottle @Marielyst sommerhus with Morten. Golden/orange, hazy with white head. Orange peel nose. Very creamy ending quite bitter like a yeasty pale ale. Nice spring brew, but not easter-like...

3.2
NosirIwont (2591) - Husum, DENMARK - MAY 6, 2011
Bottle. Pours a hazy straw yellow with a firm white head. Good lacing. Sweet and tart, hoppy aroma. Fruity notes as it warms. Sweetish, fruity and hoppy flavour with a distinct wheat note. Notes of yeast with a remote perfumy touch blended in. Spicy touch as it warms. Bitter, grainy finish with a remote coriander note on the rebound. Oily palate. Overall, the initial flavour is pretty decent, but the finish is lacking a bit; the bitterness is a bit annoying, and grainy is never at the top of my list. Still, it’s an okay beer, if nothing special. 06.05.11.
