COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Editor’s note: Also known as "Indslev Campus" and earlier as "Indslev Enthusiator" and "Forsøgsbryg T8".

bottle @ supermarket (denmark) brown colour, medium body, heavy malty for my mouth

DraftDodger (1458) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - FEB 15, 2016
Copenhagen 15/2 2016. 50 cl bottle from Irma. Probably the most boring label I’ve seen this year. Brown and with the silhouette of a swan. Pours brown (of course) with yellowish head. Settles quickly as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam. Aroma of grains, a little smoky, spicy, earthy and bitter. Soft carbonation and thick oily palate. Taste is sourish. Only light sweetness. Short aftertaste with medium bitteress. Not a typical wheat beer as they usually make them at Indslev. No lemonade but quite prominent rye flavour. A symphony of grains. You almost feel satiated after drinking this one.

TorbenJensen (1517) - Valby, DENMARK - SEP 8, 2015
It smells pleasant of newly harvested grains, dark malt tones can be glimpsed and a little bitterness felt. The taste is unbelievably complex: First, a little fruit (orange and peach), then a bit dark bitter chocolate followed by gentle coffee notes, lots of caramel and slightly burnt taste from the hard roasted malt.

Opaque dark brown with a tiny light brown foam. Roasted, rye, earthy. Sweet, slight bitterness. Medium to full body, slick with a lively carbonation.

500ml bottle @El Lúpulo Feroz, Oviedo. 15-06-2015.
BBD: not notice, but bottles just arrived there, for sure within time.
In short: roasty liquorice beer.
Pours very dark with little tan head. Short head retention, good lacing. Roasty, some coffee, spicy nose. Medium body, average carbonation, crispy texture. Taste is roasty, dark liquorice, raisins, sweet caramel. Bitter aftertaste. Enjoyable.

Bottle, 50cl. Pours dark brown color with foamy, beige head with thich lacing. Roasty, malty flavour with chocolate, coffee and rye bread in the nose. Taste follows the nose. Sweety, warming alcohol and dark roasty aftertaste with sensation of black coffee. Lively carbonated, smooth, creamy mouthfeel that ends slight bitter. Fine balance and complexity.

3.5
Hermod (7697) - Vantaa, FINLAND - MAY 13, 2015
Draught @ölhus Copenhavn. Dark brown, thick off white head. Rye bready, spicy, malty, grainy aroma. Earthy, could be the spelt. Flavor has bread, caramel, chocolate. Malty as a bock should be. And pleasant as well.
