6th May 2010. Copenhagen Beer Festival. Very dark brown beer, light just passes through. Short lived creamy head. Light airy palate. Dark malt, smooth and dry and a little minerally. Not getting any speltiness coming throuh. Decent enough. Papsoe (25056) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAY 18, 2007
(On tap) Ever so slightly hazy orangey brown with a handsome, dense, creamy head with excellent retention and leaving a pretty lacework. Quite a tart aroma - almost like a Flemish Sour really. Quite full-bodied with sweetish, malty and caramelish accents and a shipload of spices. Some bitterness in the finish. Quite lovely really. 120507
