Slightly hazy light golden color with a huge bubbly white head. Rich sweet bready maltiness with a peppery and light clove to counter. Easy drinking flavorful but simple. pretty great session. plaugher (475) - Nova Scotia, CANADA - AUG 27, 2016
Wee 5oz snifter on tap. Pours a clear straw yellow with a few golden hints, bubbly white peripheral head, minimal lacing. Bready, yeasty, with a slightly tropical fruit nose. Slightly fruity, a bit of tartness in there as well. Pleasant carbonation on the tongue and light-to-moderate body. Clean, crisp and refreshing. malrubius (2856) - Springfield, Vermont, USA - JUN 28, 2016
Can. Blonde with orange hue. White head and some lace. Perfumy hop aroma with some spice and pastry. Light tropical fruit background with a touch of tartness and some grassy spicy dry finish. Very light on the malt with just enough fruitiness. Light body fairly soft. Refreshing indeed. Very good. AirForceHops (7129) - Epping, New Hampshire, USA - NOV 11, 2015
Draft sample at Great Lost Bear. Mostly clear golden color with thin white head. Aroma is milled grain on top of lemons and Brett. Brettanomyces was not used in this beer. Dirty funky tap line?

Flavor shows a very mild yeast character that comes off VERY lemony. Almost like a lemon floor cleaner. I don’t taste any hops at all does all this lemon come just from the yeast? The carbonation is very soft without much mouthfeel. Something about this is just slightly off.
Taster at Great Lost Bear. Pours copper with a lingering white head. Aroma is honey, white cracker, quite peppery. Taste is honey, caramel, pepper. Probably one of the better Liquid Riot beers I’ve had. Which is, to say, decent. tom10101 (6030) - Quebec, CANADA - APR 10, 2015

Appearance: Slightly hazy yellow-golden with a tall white head and heavy lacing.
Aroma: Noble hops, freshly cutted grass and grains. Mild, but interesting.
Taste: Slightly sweet with grass, crisp cereals and mild citrusy notes.
Palate: Light body, but never watery. Medium prickly carbonation. Grassy finish.
Overall: Super easy drinking "pilsy" table beer. Tasty and quenching. Nice grassy features.
On tap at the brewpub. Clear gold pour with thin white head. Aroma is grainy, light leafy aroma. Taste is grainy, really bready, light leafy finish. Palate is light, super easy drinking, palate seems to be this brewery’s strong point. Drake (13637) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - FEB 21, 2015
Northeast Bucket List Trip Beer #76. Keg at the brewpub. Pours a hazy lemon with a large creamy white head. Good head retention. Aroma of bready malt, herbal hops, mild spice. The taste is spicy, herbal hops, bready malt, apples. Medium bodied, crisp, well balanced. Nice session beer. MartinT (9795) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 29, 2014
My Bottom Line:
Herbal hops, straw-like cereals and delicate banana esters meld over friendly hop bitterness in this very drinkable creation.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A dollop of foam tops the misty pale blond.
-A touch of excessive phenols (rubber like) is found in the nose.
-The flavor profile is balanced.
-Mouthfeel is dry, soft and effervescent.
-The overall profile is pleasantly rustic.
