Hästi kergelt rummine magusapoolne rüübe, mis kahjuks siiski üpris vesine ja jõuetu. jacobarts (206) - Aarhus, DENMARK - MAY 25, 2017
UPDATED: MAY 25, 2017 Bottle. 6.8abv. Dark clear copper with tiny White head. Aroma of oak, liquor, caramel hazelnut. Taste of wet wood, sugar, dry rum finish. Different experience. tmdaines (74) - Stretford, Greater Manchester, ENGLAND - MAY 13, 2017
A bit different, I like it. First half of the mouthful is not particularly memorable, but the rum finish rounds everything out. Good for when you fancy both a beer and a cocktail. ClarkVV (6708) - Boston, Massachusetts, USA - MAY 11, 2017
Bottle, didn’t see the date, drunk at The Haven on 4/14/17.BeerLieutenant38 (97) - Cape Town, SOUTH AFRICA - MAY 6, 2017
Clear, filtered, fairly lifeless-looking rose-peach-amber. Enamel-colored head immediately fades to nothing.
I get a lot more mushy brown sugar, caramel and light red fruits than I do any sort of liquor, let alone oak/wood. Rather blunt and in your face with no nuance or much to balance all of this heavy malt. Booze hidden beneath the sugar and I assume if there were any flaws, they were too.
Soft, slippery, undercarbonated and mushily-malted, it provides caramel, toffee, brown sugar and some slightly interesting cherry-raisin-date character with some warmth on the end and perhaps just a touch of spicy liquor (doubt you could tell blind). Pretty monotonous and completely soulless, typical mass-produced English filtered beer.
Clear brown with medium white head. Aroma has plenty of malt and a bit of wood. Flavour is subtle and smooth. Medium bodied. Well balanced.

UPDATED: APR 29, 2017 330ml bottle. Pours dark ruby red with small head. Very strong sweet aroma of dark fruits, plums, coconut, rum and alcohol. Low carbonation, medium body. Very sweet taste, aftertaste of rum. Tony_Grayne (381) - Minsk, BELARUS - APR 29, 2017
330 ml bottle. ABV: 6.8%. Thick rocky white head. Average carbonated. Aroma: coconut, chocolate spiciness, wood, nutty. Flavor is warming alcohol, nutty, spicy, oak, rice, toffee, dark malts. Sweet but not cloying at all. A great winter warmer when weather is nasty. Westy1130 (94) - New York, USA - APR 25, 2017
Poured a dark ruby red with very little head. Aroma: oak, malt and slight hint of skunk. Taste: raisins, molasses and vanilla.
Would be a lot better if it wasn’t in a clear bottle. buddybutch (102) - Nantes, FRANCE - APR 2, 2017
