Rich and fine with clearly marked malt flavors. Maybe slightly too sweet for my taste.

Bottle. Pours clear golden yellow with small white head. Aroma is caramel, sugar, coffee, nuts, vanilla, elderflowers and hints of lemon. Taste is very sweet and light bitter. Body is oily with soft carbonation. Finish is long and very sweet with notes of sugar, nuts, caramel, coffee and British Pub.

ninecats (534) - Uddevalla, SWEDEN - MAY 9, 2014
Backlog, had this in June, 2013 when newly delivered to the swedish liquor monopoly. Bottle, pours copper clear with a minimun white foam. Aroma is butter, caramell, candy, bread, some oak. Taste is kind of weird, starting sweet and spicy, some wood and caramell, medium bitter. Body is medium, carbo is soft, very oily texture. This is not a favourite brewery, albeit this works (barely).

larsga (7668) - Oslo, NORWAY - APR 11, 2014
Biggish offwhite head. Clear coppery body. Floral butterscotch
aroma with wooden spicy notes. Sweet-dryish papery butterscotch
taste with caramelly fruity notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft,
smooth mouthfeel. Dryish spicy fruity aftertaste with linoleum
and lavender notes. Interesting and unusual, but not very fresh,
and a lot of butterscotch. Still OK. (0.33l bottle, from wine
monopoly, web order.)

Zita (6331) - Assentoft, DENMARK - FEB 13, 2014

Hansen (8617) - Assentoft, DENMARK - FEB 13, 2014
An odd beer, spicy, hoppy and sweet vanilla. Golden coloured and clear. Aroma starts sweet and vanilla-whisky, then spicy-hoppy. Flavor starts sugar-sweet, then light acid and then unharmonic bitter.
