This limited bottling of I&G has been aged with spiced rum oak chips. The result is absolutely delicious, bursting with the flavours of Caribbean spices along with our signature notes of vanilla, toffee and oak.

Kavu (5248) - Helsinki, FINLAND - APR 26, 2013
0,33l bottle from Tesco. Pours clear amber with a low head. Aroma is malts and rum. Flavor is malts with sweet rum. Nice stuff.

MarkSachon (1062) - Pennsylvania, USA - APR 3, 2013
Lots of rum and plenty of vanilla really come through on this exceptional offering from Innis & Gunn. Got it at Baruni’s in Baden, PA as a 12 oz bottle.

rauchbier (3949) - Isle Of Beer, Lincolnshire, ENGLAND - MAR 19, 2013
Bottle, from Tesco Grimsby. Deep gold, thin shortlived creamy coloured head, low condition. Sweet and woody in the nose with hints of toffee and grainy malt, quite bitter and woody initially in the mouth with some sweetness quickly emerging giving hints of toffee and caramel, long woody finish laced with caramel and vanilla sweetness and some retronasal whisky spirit notes

BillWyce (1116) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 10, 2013
From notes: Poured clear amber with a touch of red in it and a small, thin bone-colored head. Mild aromas of vanilla and wood, but also was kind of skunky. Body is thin, with a slight oilyness. Flavor of vanilla and mild spice, with a woody note beneath that lingers in the finish. Also a touch skunky in taste, might have gotten a bad bottle.

skoll (420) - Traverse City, Michigan, USA - JAN 12, 2013
bottle from Bev Co. Pours translucent copper with 3-finger creamy, uniform off-white head that laces well. Nose is toffee, oak, spicy spirity, and malty. Tastes very malty, woody and spirity, with some mid-palate spices, fruit, and caramel. Finishes oaky, spicy, and malty. worth the price

northropfrye (3731) - Steinbach, Manitoba, CANADA - JAN 12, 2013
Very similar to the Rum Finish, just a higher abv. Nice very aromatic vanilla, spices, malts. Matly spicy taste. Good.

cards04 (2943) - Steinbach, Manitoba, CANADA - JAN 11, 2013
A nice smooth, and flavourful beer. Pours a nice tan colour with vanilla and some spice aroma...flavours are sweet vanilla and oak...some spice with a nice rummy finish. I like it.

hopscotch (11409) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - JAN 6, 2013
Draft... Pours clear and amber with a small, fizzy, white head. The restrained bouquet furnishes light notes of caramel, oak and toasted almonds. Light to medium-bodied with a milky mouthfeel and tingly carbonation. The flavor is sweet and reminiscent of Amaretto with a touch of vanilla, but vastly watered-down. Finishes crisp and moderately sweet. Yet another technically flawless, but boring as Hell offering from Innis & Gunn.

unclemattie (4406) - Georgia, USA - JAN 2, 2013
Clear, 330ml bottle. Amber brown color, creamy foam small tan bubbles. Aroma of Scotch. Musty, alcoholic oak, sour malts, vanilla wood. Flavor of oak, heavy tannins, sweet butterscotch (the good kind), sweet malts. Not muh rum character, mostly oak. (3569)
