500ml swingtop. Pours a light golden, very light chill haze, with a big yet pillowy and loose white head. Light honey, grassy nobel hops, little bit of corn and big amounts of cracker/white bread malt. Light to medium light feel, carbonation is almost creamy. Light sweet, touches of honey, malty...yet light ’crackery’ malt, smooth and even mild nobel hops from mid to finish. Easy drinking, enjoyable and to style. Pours a hazy golden color with a foamy off white head. The nose is nice, full of sweet malts and fruit. The flavor is sweet and grainy, but without any bitterness to balance. This beer could definitely stand to be hoppier, as is it is too sweet.

Fairly sweet, lots of honey and cookie dough, almost zero bitterness, really unbalanced. Damn, this was a fresh bottle too. 22415brewery (379) - Washington, USA - MAR 20, 2010
Pours a wonderful light golden with a lingering cotton-like head that lingers throughout.
Soft, bready malt and restrained carbonation give this Helles a very rich and appropriate mouthfeel. Restrained noble hop bitterness, with a very slight hint of hop spice. Definite toast and bread-like flavor. Medium body.
Slightly cloudy in the glass and that is a very slight detraction from the overall beer. Overall a great example of a Helles Bock. AmEricanbrew (6878) - Same Trailer, Different Park, Louisiana, USA - DEC 27, 2009
Golden color with no head. Malty yeasty Wonder Bread aroma with mild honey. Light/ medium body. Flavor is again Wonder Bread yeastyness slathered with filtered honey and mild berry fruit. after4ever (8025) - Mukilteo, Washington, USA - DEC 25, 2009
500, swingtop. Pours a slightly hazy dark gold with a towering, sudsy platinum blonde head. Stringy lace gathers on the way down. Bready, maybe slightly corny nose. Not quite vegetal but flirting with it in that neutral artichokey way. Creamy medium body with soft woolly carb. Slightly biscuity, slightly bready and corny mid palate with a neutral finish. Drinking a beer this mild this far from its home when it’s this cold out is kinda pointless...it’s bound to taste better fresher, and its charms are probably lost in this weather. blutt59 (6564) - Dallas, Texas, USA - OCT 29, 2009
