This is the best Wheat Beer I have had, it is not as heavy as a normal wheat, refreshing and has hints of flower and herbs.

Bottled, cloudy orange juice color with strong tall foam, clove aroma , great fresh floral, clover flavor, bit of honey finish

Draft at brewpub. Orange and hazy with nice white head. Aroma is big fruity bouquet of as much orange juice and peel as banana. The palate is ideal and more quaffable than most weizenbiers for me, which is one of the reason why this one shines. Excellent and juicy, drinkable and hits all the right spots.

Billed as being a new beer...not sure how old that information actually is, though. Passauer Weisse is cloudy with a light spice and banana note and maybe a hint of clove. Good, balanced mainstream wheat with spice, wheat, apple and banana. An approachable but very competent hefe.

Pours cloudy gold with a tall smooth white head. Big banana ester nose, wheat and soft clove. Very smooth on the palate. This is a beautiful beer for hot days, easy to drink, very refreshing.

a pretty warm bottle but still very nice. big rotten banana aroma, quite bready, gets better as you go, more and more clove, coriander and lemon rind appears as you go

500 ml flip top. It pours a hazy orange-gold with a large but quickly dissipating and watery white head. This one has a huge banana scent, almost pure banana with a hint of spiciness. For the most part though it is ripened banana. The flavor follows suit, banana, and more banana, with a hint of spice and also some lemon and malt. The mouthfeel is highly carbonated but not overly. It is highly quaffable though sweeter than most Hefeweizens. Overall a solid Bavarian Hefe. Serving type: bottle Reviewed on: 04-26-2010 01:24:15

Has a cloudy light brown color. Smell has some banana and yeast. Taste is refreshing, banana, mild spices, overall an easy drinking and pretty good beer.

Pours light cloudy golden with a well maintained wispy off-white head. Aroma of banana, bubble gum, pear and citrus. Taste is creamy wheat, esters of banana, bubble gum, citrus and tart fruits. Medium bodied, creamy texture with lush carbonation. Tart and slightly grainy. Good, but not very cloudy.
