Draft. Pours near black with a beige head. Sweet malts and cinnamon, with vanilla, mild-moderate roasted malts, and a quick sweet and roasted finish. Good stuff.

4.6 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20
The aroma is incredible, it smells like everything: chocolate, coffee, pasilla chili, vanilla, nuts... unrivaled. A little more bitter that Iíd prefer, but still very impressive. A must if you are into Mexican beer style. Plus: Iíve tasted it from a barrel, so....

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours very dark brown with a slight dark tan head. Aroma is sort of mildly spicy chocolate/lactose. Not quite milk chocolate. Reminding of the pieces of chocolate used to make Mexican hot chocolate. Full bodied. Flavor is very dark chocolate, very. Thereís an earthiness, yet a sort of lactose aspect, and there seems to be very light cinnamon/spice. It is not dry. It is earthy, and sort of dark chocolate bitter. Heat isnít detectable for me. This is heavy duty, flavor wise. Not chili or anything. Just intense flavor.
