September 16, 2017 with harrisoni and lagerloather - at The Bottle Shop (Bermondsey) - draught keg. Third of three eye-opening Interboro brews sampled to start out our traditional Bermondsey perambulation (no drinking at Kernel any more ;-( ) ... This one was only cloudy as opposed to dank and murky-looking, same solid off-white keg head. Taste and aroma stunning - catty, dry, pungent bitterness with enough fruit to make it not one-sided, middling alcohol presence - very lush and drinkable. Solid body, airy, medium-long floral/malty finish. Terrific beer - on balance, the best of the bunch, although I score the Mad Fat higher based on wow points. Can split at L42, thanks to the Wingman, 26/09/17.
Murky orange pour with a well presented egg shell white head.
Nose is cantaloupe melon, pine needle, dank hop strokes, light spice.
Taste comprises orange pith, grapefruit, mango flesh, pine needle, spruce, grassy bite.
Medium bodied plus, fine carbonation, semi aggressive light dank hop bitterness in the close.
Decent DIPA. madmitch76 (26850) - , Essex, ENGLAND - JAN 7, 2018

Level 42 Bottleshare. A Wingman can, cheers! Very hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Light and sweetish malts, little dry malt cream. Ample hop spice. Starts to burn a little. Dry and spicy orange and lemon. Spicy lemony finish. Hop spice lingers on. Dry but good fruit and spice.
Can at L42 - thanks to Dave. It pours cloudy yellow - gold with a small white head. The aroma is fresh, soft, sweet, bright, juicy, tangy tropical fruits throughout, papaya and guava. The taste is soft, sweet, juicy, bready, green hops, guava, papaya, tropical fruit punch, rawness, hop resin and some warming booze. Medium body and fine carbonation. Big and brash, raw and tropical. Punchy and flavoursome stuff. Leighton (23108) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 7, 2017
Can shared in CANary Wharf - big thanks to brother Willis. Pours murky gold with a creamy white crown. Nice citrusy hops in the nose, some minerals and pale bread as well. Medium sweet flavour, fairly dry and minerally, with light grassy bitterness, some pithy tangerine. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Subtly warming to finish, with light resinous pine, rindy bitterness, more tangerine. Good stuff.

Light onion, unripe tropical fruits, green mango, unripe citrus fruits, orange peel. Hazy, pale gold, small, creamy, white head. Light bitter. More pine, green mango, bitter citrus fruits, orange peel, soft carbonation, medium bodied. Very nice IIPA, well-balanced, a touch too much onion for me in the aroma. Can shared at L41 tasting - thanks to WingmanWillis! mR_fr0g (14255) - Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - SEP 30, 2017

September 2017 - Tasting at One Canada Square. Can thanks to Dave. As 'Interboro Tacocat', 7.8%. Vibrant yellow, hazy, opaque, foamy off-white head leaves dotted lacing. Aroma is airy, some celery, rubbery, plasticky. Body is light and frothy with tingly carbonation. Taste is dusty, chalky, spice, dry. Pretty dry. Decent but not getting the fireworks I was hoping for. (7-4-8-3-15=3.7) Garrold (5942) - Sheffield, South Yorkshire, ENGLAND - SEP 27, 2017
Can. Beer Central, Sheffield. Slightly murky, pale gold. Just a film of sticky, white head. Nose has lots of powdery hops. Comes over like ripe pineapple. Sticky pine. Some spearmint. Some flowery herb. Some biscuity malts, but they barely get a look in. Taste is light, flowery sweet. Light, savoury, piny bitterness. Mouthfeel is pretty clean. Definitely drinks easy at the ABV. Finish gets a little stone fruit chewy, and fruity bitter. Very decent IPA that opened up as it went along. salvaticas (1050) - - SEP 25, 2017
