Can at L42 - thanks to Dave. It pours crazy cloudy yellow - gold with a medium white head. The aroma is fresh, crazy juicy, aprciot, peach, sherbet, creamy, candied fruits and brioche. The taste is smooth, bitter - sweet, papaya, guava, peachy, bready malts, brioche, green, dank, grass, light alcohol warmth and a touch of spice. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Fresh, flavoursome and very well - rounded. Really great stuff. Leighton (22555) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 7, 2017
Can shared in CANary Wharf - thanks to big Willy style. Pours murky gold with a frothy, white head. The nose has some light doughy bread, semi ripe citrus fruits, melon. Light sweet flavour with some pale grains, lemon rind, low bitterness. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with modest rindy bitterness, some grassy notes, dry pale grains, soft citrus notes. Pretty OK. Garrold (5696) - Sheffield, South Yorkshire, ENGLAND - OCT 6, 2017
Can. Beer Central, Sheffield. As Interboro / Pipeworks Mad Fat! Unicorn. Very hazy, light gold. Film and ring of sticky, white head. Nose has a load of mango and peach melba fruits. Some woody, damp, dank pine needle. Vanilla malts. Taste has fruity, raspberry like sweetness, unusually. I think I mean it's got a definite twang to it. Soft, resinous bitterness. Very clean mouthfeel. Bright carbonation. Doesn't feel the ABV. Bright, lightly twangy, slightly resinous, bitter finish. Nice one. ben4321 (6773) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - OCT 6, 2017
Draft at RnH West, 9/14/17. Murky pour. Tropical fruit aroma and flavor (mango, pineapple, and some others). Juicy with enough bitterness to still taste like an IPA. Rather good. MrTipple (6580) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 3, 2017

Tropical fruit but quite light in the mouth. Light caramel. Some bitterness on the finish. perhaps a touch too much caramel. Bit fizzy. Can shared on Level 42 26/09/2017. Huge thanks to Wingman Dave for this one. A clouded golden orange coloured pour with a fading halo of white head. Aroma is big green hop, onion, mellow, plastic, juicy. Flavour is composed of juicy mango pulp, tangerine, spicy, pine needle. Nice spicy hop dust. Palate is sticky hop, moderate carboantion, serious Hop stuff. The_Osprey (9361) - Richmond, Greater London, ENGLAND - SEP 28, 2017
September 2017 - Tasting at One Canada Square. Can thanks to the wingman. As 'Interboro Mad Fat! Unicorn', 8%. Hazy vibrant orange, lightly sparkling, foamy off-white head. Aroma is oniony, rubbery, neoprene, little margerine. Body is light and frothy with tingly carbonation. Taste is sodawater, dusty, chewed up chewing gum, spiced finish. Nice danky aroma but a little washed out flavour-wise, I thought. Still, a good IPA. (8-4-7-3-15=3.7) Beerwithwings (248) - Hampshire, ENGLAND - SEP 23, 2017
UPDATED: SEP 23, 2017 can at home bought from www.hopblackburns.co.uk. Has a grassy / citrusy flavours. For an 8% beer it hides that very well. obviously the head doesn't last the distance. My last beer from Interboro and I've been impressed with consistent quality. jredmond (8770) - New York, New York, USA - SEP 15, 2017
