on tap @RBWG-JAX-thin white-pale yellow. A-grain/hay. T-grain/hay, lemon, some yeast. Lt body=sessionable.
On draft at Alewife. Pours a hazy golden color and topped by a smooth layer of off white foam that settles to a thin film and leaves streaks of lace around the glass. The aroma shows notes of lemon citrus, clean grains, saison yeast, grass, and a pale bready malt base. The flavor follows with some lemon citrus, grass, pepper spice, hay, and some bready malts. The saison yeast adds a nice dryness to the flavor. Light in body with ample carbonation that leads to a clean, earthy and slightly funky finish. Really nice and sessionable beer that you could drink several of on a hot day. djd07 (14366) - Houston, Texas, USA - FEB 18, 2015

On tap at the brewery during RBWG 2013. Pours foggy, yellow-gold with a modest, white foam head. Nice, light and bready pale malts, touches of lemon. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean finish, some white bread, mild yeast and subtle bitter lemon peel. A pretty classic, low octane saison. I like it.
