Bottle, O’Connor’s, Uppsala. Pleasant bitter, well balanced, pronounced bitter finish. radassace (317) - SCOTLAND - OCT 16, 2016
Nice, had this once or twice before years ago and drank from the bottle. Poured into a glass and I always thought it was a Stout/porter. It’s a dark red ale. Lovely, roasted malt coffee etc with a bit of bitterness. Easy to drink.

Cask ale taste. Flat, a bit bitter. Not hoppy. Only 4.7%. Good beer to drink over a long time.

Cask at JDWs in Surbiton. Dark pour. Fairly malty with hints of figs and Twiglets and nicely hopped to balance. Enjoyable.
