Bottled 31/10/12. A light golden beer with a whitish head and lace. Light lemony hops in the nose. These are also in the mouth where they are joined by some sweet maltiness. There is an odd hint of vomit but otherwise it’s not a bad beer.

500ml bottle: BBE Dec 2018. Poured into an Abbot Ale glass tankard at home on 4th Nov 2017. Liked the cask version, let's see if this 'live tasting' comes up trumps too. Nice light amber/orange body, clean and clear; the head a foaming blanket of off-white bubbles. Aroma has both hints of hops and maltiness, nice blend in the nose. The taste is semi-sweet, slightly fruity and hop bitter. Decent, but the cask offering is better in my opinion, just a little too much carbonation in the bottle.

500ml bottle. Pours light gold. Nose is straw, touch of caramel, elderflower and citrus zest. Very light. Bready, biscuit malt first in the taste, some sweet caramel and lemon and orange zest. Nice bitterness to it on the finish. Refreshing and decent golden ale.

Bottle from supermarket somewhere in scotland. Easy drinking but with some nice hops, i prefer the cask version

From a bottle at home in Aberfoyle. Clear golden color, little white head. Just a nice taste, fresh, but in my opinion just a normal "pils".

rodsquad (335) - Aberdeen, SCOTLAND - FEB 14, 2017
Bottle from Co op. Pours clear orangey-yellowy-gold with a white head. Aromas of butterscotch, light mintiness and gently bitter hop. Flavours of buttered white toast, pale soft malt with a sharp but light bitter hop. There’s murray mints in there too. It has a light, oily mouthfeel with moderate to gentle carbonation. Soft and buttery refreshing light ale with enough hop that it doesn’t taste washy.

ogivlado (8108) - Zagreb, CROATIA - OCT 12, 2016
Bottled 500ml. -Clear golden coloured, medium sized white head, mild fruity hoppy nose. Sweetish malty, mild fruity, grassy hoppy, notes of caramel and mild bitterish hoppy finish. Pleasant surprise.
