Xmas day. Copper in appearance with a thick head. Spice on the nose with cinnamon the most noticable. The taste is actually quite watery, with medium bitterness, caramel sweetness, cinnamon again on the taste and dark fruit. Not too carbonated but pleasant and easy to drink.

APPEARANCE – medium amber, slightly turbid, perfectly white head.
NOSE - slight malt, not a lot of spice.
FLAVOR - quite a bit like an English Bitter.
NOTES - It’s refreshing to drink a Christmas beer that’s moderately spicy and has a good beer flavor.

Cloudy dirty golden color with a minimal offwhite crown. Butter toffee malt and a touch of spice in the aroma. The flavor is much the same with more dry and herbal noted coming through as the beer warms. Medium light body, smooth and soft on the tongue. Decent holiday bitter overall. allmyvinyl (11182) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - DEC 9, 2014
