Sigmund (8107) - Tau, NORWAY - MAR 29, 2017
Cask half pint at McGinty’s, Aberdeen. 4.2% ABV. Golden colour, white head. Malty / toffee aroma. Smooth malty flavour, not as fruity as McGinty’s Ale. The hops are too moderate.

HogTownHarry (7287) - Toronto (Harbourfront), CANADA - MAR 28, 2017
September 22, 2015 - at The Falcon (Clapham) - cask handpull. With lagerloather and JerCraigs. Fairly clear gold, brassy, small white head. Diacetyl/butter off-putting aroma - taste has less nasty butter but is still sadly overly and cloyingly sweet; slick, still, somewhat harsh in the aftertaste ... tick.

undercurrent25 (2288) - Barnton, Cheshire, ENGLAND - MAR 7, 2017
Pours a brown colour. Taste is of caramel and some sweet malts. Quite an average bitter

imdownthepub (15652) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - NOV 26, 2015
Cask conditioned at The Chequers, Oxford. Orange gold with white head. Thin malty beer with a musty cereal note. Bready dough notes, some fruitiness perhaps. Just okay.

The_Osprey (9916) - Richmond, Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 12, 2015
Cask at The Railway Richmond. Dirty dark orange, clear, still, dense foamy off-white head. Full, thick lacing. Aroma is soft biscuity malts, simple sugars, some astringent leafy hops. Body is medium, tingly carbonation, smooth. Taste is toffee, oatcake, nutty, soft bitterness to finish. Has a lightly roasted chestnuts vibe. A basic twiggy bitter with a pleasant overall vibe.

On cask at the Standing Order. Appearance - golden with a proportionate head. Slight haze. Nose - pale malt and lemon. Taste - more lemon barley water. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - it’s very sessionable. Single dimensional but good dimension.
