B.man is a smooth all-malt strong New Zealand Pilsner with an enticing hop aroma of tropical fruits, styled to compliment authentic Indian cuisine. The perfect accompaniment to curry.

Tasting Notes:
One of this countrys finest aromatic Pilsners and a showcase for New Zealands uniquely herbaceous hop varieties, B.Man pours an attractive bright gold beneath a lingering fluffy white head. In both the aroma and palate biscuity sweet malt provides the luscious canvas on which the hops play and their citrusy and tropical (passion) fruit flavours lead into an emphatic, resiny, dry finish. Lip-smackingly good and the perfect match for a hot Thai curry!

Bottled. New Zealand holiday 2011-12. Old notes. The aroma is malty sweetish and citric. Clear, golden coloured beer with a white head. Taste is light bitter with slightly citric hops. Easy drinking.

Beautiful looking beer. The typical pilly flavours are soft around the edges and bleed into one another and carry an extra hint of something I cant quite put my finger on. Is it Cardamom? Nice beer. Its actually pretty warming for a Pilsner.

It lovely hoppy aroma leds to its nicely bitter note, an incredible golden orange colout with a fluffy white head. The underlying notes are citrus. Its good.

What makes it a Pilsner? This is so good, so un-Pilsner... Grapes and passion fruit written all over. Adstringent, hoppy-tasting and smelling like an IPA. Easy and pleasant to drink. That would be my favourite Pilsner!

Bottled. A golden with a white. The aroma has notes of hops, spices, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, alcohol, hops, spices, ånd sirup, leading to a bitter finish. More like an IPA

UPDATED: SEP 11, 2011 330ml bottle. Clear deep golden hue with a small white foamy mostly diminishing head leaving delicate lacing. Nice balance of malty and hoppy aromas; moderate honey, biscuit, toffee, caramel, moderate fresh smelling grapefruit, pineapple, passion fruit, lychee, some pine resin. Taste is at least moderate sweet, moderate bitter of average duration. Medium body, slick feel, soft carbonation, bitter then long dry finish. Im a big fan of those tropical fruit hop aromas so I really enjoyed this beer. Very moorish, though lacking the wow-factor.

UPDATED: AUG 29, 2012 Bottle from Mane Liquor. Pours clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is all toffee malt and caramel. A slight citrus undertone. Translates very well in the taste. Sweet honey and citrus throughout with a lingering toffee malt backing. Very nice stuff
