330ml bottle delivered from the brewery. Aroma: big estery heavenly Belgium yeast aromas dominate. Blissful spiciness; clove, nutmeg, light cinnamon, and honey, bread dough, just mouldy tangelos, at the end some cheese, and coconut. Taste: is "sweet, kind of tart but we think you’ll like it" (though not quite like Ocean spray cranberry juice). Some notable sourness in the long finish. Palate: Lively carbonation which loses it exuberance fairly quickly, lightly syrupy sticky texture, crisp dry, slightly tart finish. Overall: started out ok and just kept on getting better as it went, ended up being delicious.
330ml bottle (dated 2014). Pours extremely murky and pale brown with some head. Pear, apple, vanilla, plenty of that saison yeast. Spicy, fruity, and seems to have aged surprisingly well. jmgreenuk (9300) - Kuala Lumpur, MALAYSIA - NOV 27, 2015
Bottle from Taps Beer Bar, Changkat, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a slightly hazy orange amber with a frothy white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is orange citrus, light mineral, light hop. The flavour is light acid citrus sour with a crisp big citrus fruit, grainy mineral, light acidic palate with some grassy hop notes. Medium bodied with lively carbonation. A superb and very nicely balanced saison. Pretty awesome! TimE (5767) - Tokyo, JAPAN - OCT 2, 2015
Very cloudy. Big big frothy white head the head just kept coming and coming. Big hoppy nose with oak, though it doesn’t seem oak barreled, tons of hops. Lots of funkiness with juniper berries and caramel. Light hoppy mouth with tons of citrus jumping through. Dry and hoppy. Big bitter hoppy finish. thebeertourist (5189) - Oslo, NORWAY - MAR 22, 2015
Bottle at Fork&Bottle, Zurich. Hazy golden, nice head. Intensely bitter, orange zest aroma. No compromise hoppiness, hints of fruit. Nice. Bule (2136) - California, USA - FEB 24, 2015
12oz bottle pours a very hazy orange color with a lot of frothy head. Nice wild yeast flavor, a little citrusy. A lot of flavor for a saison. High sweetness. There is an oakiness, but I don't think it's been in a barrel.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy orange colour with a medium sized white head, aroma is orange, taste is bitter with fruit with a short bitter finish. Jado (798) - Camp Hill, AUSTRALIA - JUL 16, 2013
From 330 ml bottle. Pours a slightly cloudy orange with a rocky white head. Aromas of orange juice, orange zest, hay, lemon, banana and spice. Taste is a little funky at the front, but fresh fruit - notably apple, orange and banana - come through. Touch of cloves. Lemon zest bitterness at the end. Peppery citrus aftertaste. Very good. floydian1 (1454) - FNQ, Australia, - MAR 21, 2013
From a 330ml brown bottle. Cloudy amber body beneath a large fluffy white head that shows good retention. Aromas of orange peel, straw, malts and a hints of blue cheese and pepper. Taste is delicious somewhat tart bittersweet malts with a lovely dry spicy hop finish. Refreshing slick mouthfeel with a medium body and spiritely carbonation. A very commendable Antipodean attempt at this style. Would love some more! pmuzz (400) - AUSTRALIA - AUG 22, 2012
This was fantastic, in fact this is the best Australasian Saison I have had. Lovely, balanced taste that leaves you regretting your decision to not buy more than one!
