Pours a dark copper orange with a beige head and nice aroma full of hops. Taste is bitter up front, with tastes of hops and citrus, with the hops really coming through leading to a dry, bitter finish. Nice hoppy, bitter IPA wheresyourball (572) - El Cajon, California, USA - JUL 5, 2013
Bottle. Pours copper color with a slight head. Nose is primarily hops. Flavor is malty and finishes with bitter hops. Nothing special, but not bad.

Poured a copper/amber with minimal head. Good IPA, not a hop bomb but still strong, Starts with malts and hops take over, medium body, smooth. Christpuncher (3110) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUN 7, 2013
A nice ale ipa combination. A little hoppy and malty. Has a nice bitter finish. Smells fruity

22oz bottle. Orange label. Reddish\orange pour, tan head. Aroma of butterscotch, caramel malt, and pine hops. Overly bitter, sharp hops, more butterscotch, some musty malts. Lots of pine flavors. Probably much better fresh. This one seems to have a slight infection.

Bottle. Pours a hazy amber color with a moderate off-white head. Nose is a little hoppy, but not overly defined. Taste isn’t too bitter - balanced, but nothing particularly noteworthy. Meh. Beerathon (1683) - Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 29, 2012
Beautiful burnt orange with thin white head that does leave behind nice lacing. Hop nose is earthy. Would have like the flavor to be jucier. gerbewa (253) - - DEC 7, 2012
Pours a golden amber red with white frothy head. This beer had not a great aroma and lacked the hop of a great ipa. Not impressed. Of course I had it right after a founders reds rye so.... Had bomber from holmes Darkover (1538) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - OCT 24, 2012
Opaque amber color with a big beige head. Aroma of caramel malts and citrus hops. Taste of english hops. Dry hoppy finish. Derek881 (1272) - Denver, Colorado, USA - SEP 25, 2012
UPDATED: NOV 27, 2012 Poured from a regular bottle into a trumpet glass to drink. The beer had a very cloud amber/light-copper color with a modest foamy white head that had average retention, along with good lacing and cling. Its aroma had a good blend of citrus, grain, and pine hops, along with some caramel malt and some light yeast and floral notes, but overall was a touch muted. Its taste was pleasantly bitter with notable grainy and light citrus hops, paired with a lighter mix of sweet caramel malt and touches of sugar and candy. The palate was very fizzy and carbonated, with a thin but mouth-filling body, and was dry and intense.
