Ick. I’m surprised by Ipswich; this is indeed a bad beer. Pours orange. Thick off-white head. Smells and tastes of eggs, cabbage, plastic, heat, and Bible paper. Vegetables and soy by swallow. Fuck this.

Keg pour at the Powder Keg Beer and Chili Festival. Aroma is malty bread more than hops. Appearance is hazy golden brown with white frothy head with nice lacing and very trace sparkle. Taste is medium malty sweetness balanced with mild bitter with some corn chip. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with lively carbonation and bitter finish at the back of the mouth. Overall, a decent beer and true to the style but not a stand out. fonefan (49997) - VestJylland, DENMARK - JUL 4, 2015
