COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed in collaboration with Allagash. This Belgian table beer is sessionable yet complex and vibrant. The spicy and fruity notes of Orval yeast are accented by the acidity and flavors of fresh Kumquats and finally tastefully accented by European and American hops.

Draft at Memphis. Pours a cloudy straw yellow with thin white head and ring lace. Notes of yeast funk, citrus, pepper, grain. Light body with decent carbonation. Lots of citrus and pepper. Really nice, very sessionable.

Draft at IH. Pours a somewhat cloudy golden color with a small white head. Aroma is of apple, light spice, doughy yeast, grain, some forty notes and maybe a trace of tartness. Taste is complex for the low ABV; light, clean body. Taste is fruity citrus, , some dough, light spice, hay, some lingering lightly funky tartness in there to make this a refreshing, well done beer.

Stopped by the Maple Shade location for lunch and saw this at 4.3 would be perfect. Poured a hazy yellow with a nice white lacing head. The aroma had a nice Belgian like quality with some fruit and a bit of funk along with some spice. The flavor didnít disappoint with similar notes. This would be my new summer beer if I could get it regularly.

Aroma of a sloppy saison. Floral notes, orange zest and a slight peper. Pours hazy orange with a great head. Taste is light and citrussy with green tea, orange zest, rose petal and a nice pepper. Light mouthfeel does not mean bland. Great and light and easy to drink. Solid show.
