COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Arriving at 9% ABV, it’s easy to identify the Bedotter as a rascal of a beer. Remarkably smooth and well-balanced, this Iron Hill tripel is brewed traditionally, possessing a distinct malt to it as well as a fruity backbone and crisp, dry finish.

16 oz can from Maple Shade. Press a missed clear bright golden-orange color with a thin, fizzy ring of head. Yeast and spice aroma, some banana. Fairly sweet. Tingly feel.

6/9/17. On tap at the Ardmore location. Golden pour under a nice khaki head. Sweet aroma, candi sugar, honey, caramel, maltiness. Good flavor, candi sugar, pale malts, caramel, doughy, hints of stone and dark fruits. Not bad.

16 oz can purchased at Ardmore location. Great yeasty aroma!. Looks fairly light and clear for a tripple. Mouthfeel is pretty light too, but thats not a bad thing. Tastes of grass, banana, oak, gum and sweetness. Dry and not overly sweet. Excellent tripple. Alcohol is completely hidden. Very smooth and dangerous.

Draft at Lancaster location. Clear gold color. Sweet nose but not as estry as the other golden BSA on tap. Flavor is sweet but light bodied and not too strong sweetness. A little estry finish,. A lighter Tripel. Doable but nothin I particularly want to come back to.

Can from IHNW. Clear gold little head. Bavarian wheat aroma, clove and banana esters. Definite sweetness, mild spice, some mustiness. Decent palate but this is just a little flat.

On tap at Iron Hill Brewery. Decent. Quite wheaty. Not very distinctive from what I have had.

Draft. Disappointingly weak aroma and flavor. Doesn’t taste like 9% ABV. Medium yellow color. Clean finish. No off-flavors, but just overall weak experience, esp. in comparison to other Iron Hill offerings.
