Thanks to IBrew2or3 for the share. Pours brown with an off-white head. Nose is chocolate, cacao, slight roast, milk chocolate, and slight fruit presence. Flavor is similar with lingering sweet chocolate into the finish. Very enjoyable. Ibrew2or3 (8607) - Tempe, Arizona, USA - NOV 16, 2010
12oz hand bottle (big thanks to hopdog for this trade bonus beer) pours dark with tan head. The aroma is full assertive and drool inducing yumminess lofting up soft dense billows of rich chocolate, raisins, mildly tart red grapes, spicy oak and rich molasses. The taste is just as yummy with rich chocolate, dark roasted malts, vanilla sweetness, more chocolate and some tart grape notes. Midway and to the finish some spicy oak is noticed along with pleasing chocolaty goodness. TomDecapolis (4618) - Milton, Delaware, USA - OCT 22, 2010
Growler thanks to Josh. Pours a deep almost black with a smaller bubbly tan head. Aroma of chocolate, toasted malt, cherry and light Belgian yeast character. Flavor of tart cherry dark chocolate, Belgian yeast and caramel. blutt59 (6562) - Dallas, Texas, USA - NOV 13, 2010

Growler from the Media location, opened 6 days after fill.
Pours dark black with a dark tan head, moderate lacing. Aromas of chocolate, cherry, and Belgian yeast. Tastes of much the same. Body is a little bit thin but the abv was well-hidden and it is very drinkable.

Dark brown color with a small, tan head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of chocolate, roasted malts, sweet cherries, and light spices. Taste of sweet chocolate, roasted malts, cherries, light spices, and a semi-sweet finish. dyetube (1378) - Hurst, Texas, USA - NOV 9, 2010
This beer pours a deep reddish amber with a thin tan head. The aromas are cinnamon bread spices. The mouthfeel is sticky and sweet. Cheers! Mora2000 (6158) - McKinney, Texas, USA - NOV 18, 2010
Thanks to thirdeye11 for sharing this hand bottle from the Iron Hill Media location. This beer was drank after it had warmed up quite a bit, which I think was a good thing.
The beer pours a very dark brown color with red highlights and a tan head. The aroma is peanut butter and cherries. Very strange but also very nice.
The flavor is peanut butter, cherries, roasted malt and some chocolate. This beer tastes like a chocolate-peanut butter- cherry stout. I have never had anything quite like it, but I really enjoyed it.
Medium mouthfeel and low carbonation. hopdog (12385) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 17, 2010
Thanks Josh for picking me up this Growler! Poured a dark brown color with a smaller sized off white head. Aromas of chocolate, lighter cherries, and some fainter fruitiness. Tastes of cherries (stronger than the aromas), chocolate, and some vanilla. Chocolate covered cherries. Smooth and very drinkable with the alcohol content well hidden. thirdeye11 (6160) - Dallas, Texas, USA - DEC 30, 2010
(Handbottle thanks to my buddy jyoungsbcp!) very deep ruby-garnet color with few tan bubbles. Nose of fresh peanut butter, cherry, sweet malt and chocolate. Taste of cherry, pipe tobacco, sweet chocolate, nutty, peanut butter, with a creamy body. Unique and good beer!
