kramer (6682) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 16, 2014
Tap. Newark. Pours a clear gold body with a small white head. The nose is very fruity and spicy, smells like there might be some New Zealand hops in here. Clean pale malt and a light yeastiness as well. The flavor is just lightly bitter, the hops are very juicy and fruity and work really well with the pale malt and fruitiness from the Belgian yeast. Clean and crisp finish with some lingering light bitterness. Very nice beer.

Dickinsonbeer (5074) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - NOV 28, 2010
Growler from Dmac- Maple Shade, NJ location. Looks mostly clear medium amber with a nice lingering off white sticky head- good lace. Aroma is balanced between big fruity esters from the belg yeast, and also good big fruity citrusy american hops- simcoe, and centennial like- piny, tropical fruits, grapefruit, etc. Flavor is good caramel malt backbone, - clean light sweetness, some toffee, then Belgian yeasty phenols and esters, raisin mixed with big citrus and pine hops- clean yet somewhat abrasive tacky hoppy bitterness in the end. Pretty good.
