2009-08-01. Pastel yellow body with a white head. (3+) Mild aroma, modest spice and tart wheat. Flavour is likewise moderate with coriander/spice over wheat and yeast undertones. Average palate. Pretty standard but well executed wit. On tap at BCTC 2009 jredmond (8839) - New York, New York, USA - JUL 26, 2009
On draft at the Brewpub in Mount Laurel, NJ. Pours a cloudy white-yellow body. Aroma is light wheat and spice. The flavor is yeast and wheat; and finishes with Belgian spices. WeeHeavySD (3387) - Portland, Oregon, USA - JUN 20, 2009
Tap at West Chester location. Pours cloudy yellow with a bright white ring. Nose is touch of spice. Taste has a big punch of coriander and was quite tasty. Lumpy (1802) - Carrollton, Texas, USA - JAN 31, 2009
Tap at the brewery. Body-usual unfiltered hazy body with a loose foamy half inch head. Nose-light white spices, soap. Taste-thin, very mild coriander, very very light white spice, lemon, crisp light acid, good dose of wheat, almost no orange, citrus is low. All in all a mildly acidic, low citrus, medium wit. Enjoyable only because it isn’t full of the usual awful suntan lotion tasting flavors that Belgian Wit yeasts usually impart. bu11zeye (13239) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - JAN 18, 2009
(Draught, labeled Blanche de Hill) Pours a cloudy yellow body with a medium white head. Aroma of lemon, banana, clove, orange peel, and wheat. Flavor of coriander, wheat, and lemon.

Tap@WestChester. Nicely spiced, drinkable - but apparently not memorable, because I don’t remember anything else. Goodgrief (2071) - Middletown, Delaware, USA - SEP 24, 2008
On tap at Wilmington location: Cloudy orange pour with a minimal large bubble head. Aroma was spicy and the flavor was pepper overload, with very little sweetness at all. Lots of coriander and pepper. Lots. Was ok...the pepper edge blunted a little as it warmed and some noticeable lemon/citrus emerged and something perfumy. A review previous mentioned jasmine...yeah, that might be it. Still, not awesome. beerbill (3619) - Laurel, New York, USA - SEP 2, 2008
On tap at Newark. This is my last beer stop of the vacation. Arrived at the table a cloudy yellow gold with a dense, thin white head that lasted through the first third of the glass. Pleasant but mild aroma of lemons and coriander. The flavor is a bit more complex with wheat, orange, lemon and coriander all present. A bit light bodied, but definitely refreshing. auerbrau (3206) - Ithaca, New York, USA - AUG 4, 2008
10oz Pour at the Wilmington location. Light lemon-orange citrus spritz aroma. Light bandaid belgian yeast. Pours a clouded orange (pale) with a silky white head. Flavor is largely non-offensive, but a carries some light wheatiness. Yeast is a bit too rubbery and hexanous for me. Some dirty witbier. Dry. Crisp. A bit of leafy hop. Meaty yeast finish. joeymacaroni (309) - Wagontown, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 1, 2008
pours hazy gold with virtually no head. very incense-like aroma, like Jasmine...(maybe a little nag champa?) ...very interesting. taste is floral, lots of incense. light wheat backing, starfruit, pear, a little bitter citrus. a little thinner than most belgian whites. aftertaste is orange, tangerine, pear. pretty cool.
