UPDATED: SEP 30, 2008 In short: A slightly spicy crisp and fruity Belgian blonde ale. Refreshing. Decent brew.swoopjones (7020) - Buffalo, New York, USA - JUL 30, 2007
How: Tat at brewpub, North Wales location (complete re-rate)
The look: Clear blonde body topped by a small white head
In long: Crisp pale malts with a hay sensation. Fruity notes of peach, banana peel, pineapples, orange peel. Somewhat spicy with a mix of herbal and mineral spices. Light tartness. Hops presence kept to a minimum. The beer felt like a slightly spicy Abbey Tripel low on hops. Nothing great but still en enjoyable cannibal that didn’t cost me an arm and a leg.
BCTC 2007. Like this one. Reminiscent of Caracole saxo. Clean, crisp Belgian blonde. Sweet, medium carbonation, some banana hefe qualities. pretty good notalush (5955) - Lakewood, Colorado, USA - JUL 23, 2007
[BCTC ’07] - cloudy golden pour, with a loose lace of a few large, stray bubbles - zesty, pepper and lemon aroma, with a perfume character and light melon - a strange mixture of herbs in the flavor that kind of remind me of fancy soaps (imagine waling into The Body Shop and taking a deep breath) - a bit grassy, wth some lemon tartness on the back end - this one doesn’t really come together well. beachbum25 (1092) - Powellville, Maryland, USA - MAY 15, 2007
On tap @ Newark- poured a somewhat cloudy copper color w/a moderate white head. Sweet belgian aroma. Flavors of cane sugar, banana, & spice with moderate carbination. Good lacing lasted throughout the beer. This one was very enjoyable, probibly the best choice of the day @ Newark. Long sweet spicy finish. ryan (3185) - Beltsville, Maryland, USA - MAY 5, 2007
Almost clear, very pale body with creamy white head, lasting, nice lacing. The aroma is banana, clove, apricot, cider and vinous. The flavor is herbal hops, moderate sweetness, spice, lots of fruit (peach, apple and banana). Medium body is soft with light carbonation.

UPDATED: APR 21, 2007 After spending 6hrs at a DRY wedding I REALLY needed a beer. I raced to Iron Hill and promptly ordered a Cannibal.....wish I didn’t. Dull yellow with fizzy head. Aroma was of yeast, various spices, and funk. The taste was dry and peppery with a metalic finish. No Thanks. stegosaurus (1882) - Levittown, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 29, 2007
UPDATED: JUN 4, 2007 On draft. Pours copper with a decent white head. Aroma of fruit, belgian style yeast and spices, and citrus. The flavor is smooth, fruit, citrus, spices, and moderate carbonation. Beerdedone (3480) - Croydon, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 26, 2007
Pours a golden brown with a white head. Aroma of yeast, citrus, hops, wheat, and bananas. Flavor of belgian yeast, light spices and some citrus notes. Very smooth and clean. A very nice belgian strong Birdiebeagle (958) - Perkasie, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 25, 2007

Pours a clear golden brown with a deminishing white head. Has a decent carbination. The aroma was a touch on the bland side with hints of spiciness and some citrus. Has a smooth mouthfeel really seems to blend the higher alcohol content well. kmweaver (3208) - Petaluma, California, USA - MAR 16, 2007
750mL bottle, courtesy of argo0. Thanks, Aaron! Pours a hazy, medium yellow appearance; white head with decent lacing. Yeast and honey and apple juice in the aroma. Medium-to-full mouthfeel: plenty of yeast, buttery notes, and citrusy hops; hints of vanilla. Long, yeasty and vanilla / light butterscotch finish.
