750 mL bottle. Said to be brewed at Willmington location? Anyway, pours to a rusty brown body with a foamy dark tan head. The aroma is dry cinnamon sticks, chocolate powder, mace. The flavor is chocolate, tart fruit, spices like cinnamon and mace. The palate is spicy and medium bodied. yespr (45425) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - JUL 1, 2007

Hazy red mahogany color; big head. Simple aroma, sweet caramel, very light cereals. Sweetish flavor, with some malt and caramel; correct bitterness. The alcohol is warming the mouth. No emotions, but not bad.

Not very carbonated, so not much head. Odd aroma - cinnamon and coffee, I guess. First sip indicates it may be a bit past it’s prime - some stale, cardboardy notes. Some smokey notes, some winey notes. Slightly boozy finish. SpringsLicker (3638) - Tennessee, USA - JUN 2, 2011
Clear brown body with a thin white head.
Sweet malt aroma.
The flavor is sweet but there’s not much else going on here.
Needs complexity. decaturstevo (6244) - decatur, Tennessee, USA - MAR 6, 2012
