Bronze color. Well made pilsener. Bits of citrus balanced by crisp malt. Decent but still very drinkable callmemickey (4561) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 15, 2014
Pale straw-yellow body, medium sized white head and spotty lacing. Nose shows grassy and lightly spicy hop notes and a mild crackery malt base. Flavor is similar with mellow hoppy notes riding atop a slightly sweet malt profile. Medium to light bodied with moderate carbonation and gentle bitterness. A touch thin and a hair sweet. Lacks the bite and refreshing finish. dmac (6434) - Toms River, New Jersey, USA - JAN 4, 2013
Draft at the pumpkin tapping at Maple Shade. Poured a pale yellow with a fully fluffy white head. Aroma of crisp garins, dry hop cones, earthy citrus. Flavor of grains, honey topped well done toast, some cereal and grass. Thin bodied with softer to perhaps average carbonation. Solid and drinkable. pineypower (3347) - Ocean County, New Jersey, USA - SEP 30, 2012
Tap at Maple Shade thanks to Dmac. Pours out a clear, light golden color with a small white head. Aroma is of grass, some malty notes, cereal, grain and some light hay. Taste is clean and refreshing, grassy/floral hops, cereal, light grainy bread notes, with a decent amount of bitterness. robiannelli (591) - West Deptford, New Jersey, USA - JUL 27, 2012
Pint on tap pours yellow with a white head. Aromas of straw hay some slight grass and a hint of citrus. Flavor is mildly bitter with a clean bright taste. Body is medium with a crisp finish

There really isn’t a whole lot about this pils that makes it stand out in the crowd, but it is easy drinking, smooth and delicious. The beer pours a bright and clear golden color with a decent-sized white head. The head leaves some sticky lacing around the glass. The nose has some lightly toasted bread and dry and citrusy hops. The flavor is very crisp and clean, but doesn’t feature enough hops for my liking for a pilsener. Most of the spiciness and hop flavor show through in the finish and the aftertaste. jeff789 (1408) - West Chester, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 16, 2011
Mild aroma, light grassy hops, bland flavor, though very easy drinking, clear pale yellow, small head nice lacing... lacking carbonation... Glouglouburp (6103) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 19, 2011
In short: A superb grassy clean thirst blonde lager to drink by the gallonsJesterdeal (1985) - Marlton, New Jersey, USA - JUL 18, 2011
How: Growler shared at RBSG 2011 grand tasting
The look: Clear yellow-blonde body topped by a medium white head with good retention
In long: Nose is hay, fresh grass and yellowed grass. Taste packs fresh cereals, fresh hay, fresh straws, fresh stuff. Superb yellowed grass finish that leads to a dry and mildly bitterness finish. No sweetness sensation to be found anywhere. Superb thirst lager. Amazingly drinkable and tasted so fresh and true. This unpopular beer at the tasting was my goto palate reset beer between big beers. 3.15 rating average!?!?! You’ve got to be kidding me. This was one of my favorite beer of this huge tasting and probably the one with the lowest rating average. What can I say, I’m different, I’m the only person I know who is looking forward to having grey hair. (mainly because I hope they’ll make me look less immature).
Aroma of rice, yeast, and apple. Pours thin and blonde but not overcarbonated. Tastes heavy of yeast, rice, and pilsner malts. Pretty good. argo0 (14127) - Washington DC, USA - JUN 27, 2011
Growler, RBSG grand tasting, thanks willblake. Medium white head, crystal clear straw body. Both aroma and taste are medium sweet, bread, straw. Medium body, light stickiness.
