COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A classic rendition of the American IPA. This beer begins with a pleasant malty sweetness and modest fruitiness. These flavors give way to the bitterness and aroma of the American hops used in the boil and a generous dose of US hops used for dry-hopping.

Cask at IH Wilmington. Orange/red in color... Large cascading head that took a minute to settle. Good nose of some pine notes and fruit. Taste is intially a creamy piney ipa. Strong bitterness in the after taste. Creamy and chewy. Texture is smooth, the warmer temperture allows more flavor to hit the taste buds. Overall a solid IPA.
