10/27/2014. On tap at the Lancaster location. Amber with a white head. Aromas have hops, malt, caramel and some citrus. Nice bitterness to it with malt and hops all the way. Not bad at all.

4 oz draft pour at Iron Hill Newark as part of the 8 set sampler on 10/24/2014. Clear straw yellow with off-white head. Aromas of light citrus and floral notes. Tastes of floral hops, citrus, bitter notes, light herbs. Medium body with a dry finish.

Drank from a sampler at Iron Hill Brewery in Wilmington, Delaware. Wasn’t abig fan of this one since I am a malt person before a hop lover. This one had a nice amber color to it.

Light orange colored body, medium sized off-white head, soapy lacing. Soft citrus including orange and grapefruit, some florals, and an assertive crackery malt base. Medium bodied with moderate to smooth carbonation, lingering semi-sweet finish, mild bitterness.

On tap at brewpub. Dark golden. Piney hop aroma. Balance of sweet lite malt flavors and grapefruit hop bitter. Finish is a bit sweet with some piney grassy hop that lingers. Solid pale ale.

On tap at IHNW. Nice head a bit grassy hop flavor, some crisp corn malt flavor. Thinner palate. In mug so appearance can’t be discerned.

On draft at the brewpub (Voorhees). Pours a clear dark golden color with a small foamy off white head. Aroma of mostly grapefruit, a hint of pineapple, and caramel malt. Taste of old bitter citrus skins, grapefruit, pine, and caramel malt, with a soapy aftertaste.

Draft at the Phoenixville brewpub. Pours clear copper with a medium sized off white head. The aroma has light floral notes, some light citrus and a bit of pine. The taste is lightly bitter but mostly just a well balanced ale. Good but not killer.
