Draft at IHP. Poured copper with off-white head. Nose was caramel malt, citrus, hops, oak. Tasted crisp, hoppy, with a solid malt bill and a nice oaky element that didn’t overpower the beer. Smooth finish, and good complexity.

Tap at IH Pville. Pours a hazy amber with a medium white head that laced. Aroma of vanilla, oak, caramel, floral and light citrus. Taste of caramel, oak, vanilla, citrus hop character, nuts and toffee.

Hazy amber color with a medium sized, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of vanilla, oak, caramel malts, butter, citrus, and floral hops. Taste of caramel, light roast, vanilla, oak, some smoke, and a bitter finish.
