A - Pours golden yellow with a small white head leaving light lacing down the glass.
S - Smells of floral hops, dry brett funk, lemon twang, and some light oak tannins. Nothing too amazing but still a very inviting nose.
T - Pretty similar to the nose. Starts off with a nice citric hop bite quickly giving way to a mix of dry brett funk and a dulled lemony twang. Finish is bone dry, lingering for some time. I liked it, but the dryness really wore on me over the course of the glass.
M - Medium-Light body and flavor with moderate carbonation. Very dry, funky, feel with plenty of crisp citric bite to help even things out a bit.
O - I enjoyed this one quite a bit, mostly because it was a change of pace from all the other sour beers. I could drink a few of these no problem.

Hazy gold - amber beer, good white head. Nice lemony nose. Palate is crisp and semi dry. Pleasant mildly tart lemon. A little herb and spice, well integrated. Mild vanilla oak keeps the tartness in check. Semi dry finish. Mildly tart aftertaste. Well joined up and hugely drinkable.
Thanks to Exiled for sharing this bottle.
The beer pours a yellow color with a white head. The aroma is heavy on the oak, with some nice lemon notes. There is also a little bit of yeast and some biscuit malt. The flavor has a little bit of tart lemon notes, with some oak, yeast and orange citrus thrown in. There is also a little bit of spice and a hint of brett. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. 750ml bottle thanks to exiled.
Cloudy amber brew, small white head. Aromas of oak and brett - tart and fruity. Flavors of spice, brett, citrus, and some spices. I’ve only had a few wine barrel aged brews but I like the results. beastiefan2k (4054) - HdG (past: NYC, KS, Rain City), Maryland, USA - OCT 30, 2011
10 rater, making this beer legit now. 750mL shared by Bill, the geekest beer geek in KC. This bottle does not say anything about Sorachi hops but I think its the same beer anyway. A thick yellow cloudy color. Nose is very lactic. Flavor is thick sweet malt in a blanket of brettiness, floral brett. Its a thicker malt beer with brett all over it. Its nice, I liked it. Thick body, not a Saison.

(750ml bottle thanks to Exiled) cloudy light yellow, soapy white bubbles. Nose is lightly tart, floral, brett, and fruity. Taste is tart, tangerine, floral, white pepper and light earth. Creamy linger, and an oily body. AmEricanbrew (6878) - Same Trailer, Different Park, Louisiana, USA - JUN 9, 2011
Courtesy of Exiled. Hazy golden color/ white head. Lemon, wheat, barnyard bretty aromas. Light bodied. Lightly sweet pale malt, light pit fruit flavors with some wet wood--good MrChopin (4304) - Baltimore, Maryland, USA - MAY 30, 2011
translucent gold, thin white head. Nose of lightly eggy Brett, mango, sea shells, faint sorachi in the nose hairs. More bitterness in flavor, very soft palate with toned down Brett, lightly sweet, not very dry. The hops and Brett win, not much dryness or earthiness from saison. Very pleasant, soft Brett forward beer, but overall a bit plain. Cavie (4769) - Arlington, Texas, USA - MAY 22, 2011
Bottle courtesy exiled. Cloudy yellow color with a bubbly white head. Aroma is tart fruit with some woody notes and funky grain. Flavor is very tart with some farmhouse grain and light spice. Woody. Travlr (25768) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - MAY 15, 2011
