On draft at the Newark location. Poured an amber color with a nice initial head. The aroma was caramel, earthy notes, strong citrus hops. The flavor followed with some resinous, herbal, and toffee mixed in there too. Mouthfeel was moderately carbonated. BeerandBlues2 (13594) - Escondido, California, USA - DEC 9, 2011

On nitro at the North Wales location. Pours a milky brown with some orange/amber notes and big creamy pillowing off white head that left a coating of lace. Aroma of light fresh American hops some caramel and toasted malts, floral and citrus. Flavor of the same with more of the toasted maltiness and a very smooth light bitterness.
